On receipt of your completed order your group account will be set up for your organisation.
Your ICH-GCP course licences will exist in this account. Please note the individual that
registers will become the administrator for your multi-licence platform.
Yes. Our multi-licence administrator platform is completely user-friendly and allows the nominated administrator to monitor and manage the activity of each user. Here the administrator will be able issue licences, view who has passed the ICH-GCP course exam and see which licences are due for renewal.
The ICH-GCP online course platform contains interactive course material, essential documents packed of rich information, important weblinks to associated websites, a user friendly glossary and bookmarking functionality. Most importantly the course includes the ICH-GCP multiple choice exam, which consists of 30 questions and upon a successful mark of 80% or more you will be awarded a certificate certifying your achievement on the course. We are also constantly updating the information and functionalities of our course to provide a more rich learning experience.
You will be awarded your certificate immediately after passing the ICH-GCP multiple choice exam. Once you have passed the exam you will be able to access you certificate at your pleasure and print out for your career development records. If you ever have trouble with downloading your certificate by simply sending an email to support@metanoichealth.com we will be more than happy to help. You can view a sample certificate by logging into the course taster demo and accessing the certificate area.
A single licence for our GCP online courses starts at £60 including VAT but varies dependant
on the course. For clients hoping to purchase multiple licences, discounts are available.

We accept online payment as our primary method of financial transaction. We accept the following
cards: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro, Mastercard and Solo and payment is processed through
Sagepay. Sagepay is a totally secure online merchant and you will receive a receipt for each
transaction you make.
If your organisation works on a Purchase Order number system, please ensure that you provide the Purchase
order number in the relevant box. If you or your Trust/organization has already purchased multiple
GCP licenses and you would like to purchase additional licenses, please do so via the multi-licence
administrator platform. Once we receive your order the licenses will be added to your account and an
invoice will be sent to the address provided. Please note that our terms are "Payment due 30 days from
date of "invoice".
The pace in entirely dictated by the user but on average it takes 45 minutes to an hour to read through each chapter in the course material. Individuals with an existing knowledge of ICH-GCP training processes are likely to complete the course in a quicker time. The ICH-GCP online exam can be engaged upon as soon as the user feels confident and generally takes around 45 minutes to complete.
No, you can log in and out of the course at your own convenience. It is important that you work through the course material at a pace that is optimum for your learning.
You can attempt the exam an unlimited amount of times, if you fail you will be told as to which questions you answered incorrectly and then be asked if you want to study some more or retake the exam immediately. Once you have passed the exam you will be issued your certificate but will no longer have access to the exam area itself.
13. I need a receipt for the course in order to get a refund from my organisation. What should I do?
If you would like to get a receipt for the course, you should send a request to finance@metanoichealth.com containing your account details as well as a return address.
Yes, our GCP course has been accredited for 9 Continuing Professional Development credits by the Faculty of Medicine at Imperial College London
There are several versions of the course, each of which is dedicated to a country or region and,
as such, follows the rules and regulations applicable there. Currently, the versions that are
